Physiotherapy is all about movement. The goal of physiotherapy is to help you move better, more often, and with less pain. Physiotherapists are highly-educated experts in physical function, mobility, anatomy, and human biology. A Physiotherapist will conduct a detailed assessment of your movement and function, including a subjective interview and a physical assessment. They will then analyze assessment findings in order to provide a diagnosis or clinical impression. Physiotherapists will work with you to define goals and create a treatment plan. Treatments include but are not limited to: providing education, creating a home exercise program, manual therapy, electrotherapeutic modalities, and/or the use of trigger point dry needling.
